Please cancel or move your appointment three days prior to your scheduled appointment date. This allows the opportunity for this small business to contact others and attempt to fill your reserved time.
Appointments changed or cancelled within 24- 48 hours may be charged 40-75% of the service scheduled.
Same day appointment cancellations or no show appointments may be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
I do understand that emergencies happen. Please notify me if an emergency kept you from fulfillling your scheduled appointment. However, please recognize the difference between an emergency and the appointment no longer fitting into your schedule. When a small business is left with an open slot, it literally causes financial loss to said business. Each service has different product and tools required, so the cancellation fee varies based on the service that was scheduled.
