Please note that your booking date is not officially secured until this contract is signed and returned along with a $250 deposit.
The undersigned and all members of your group agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this contract and the liability waiver which all members of the tour group are required to read and sign before the day of the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy is such that your $250 deposit will be refunded, minus a $50 fee for processing and handling, only if we can fill the available time. If we cannot fill the time your deposit will be forfeited. If cancelling via email or phone message it is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation notice has been received. There will be no refunds due to adverse weather. EventNiche will make every effort to ensure that you and your group have a safe and enjoyable tour experience. It is expected that all tour guests will act in a safe, responsible and respectable manner on the tour bus and at each tasting stop throughout the day. All guests are expected to arrive promptly at the designated meeting time at the beginning of the day and to return to the bus at each stop when notified by their tour guide. If the tour runs behind schedule you will be responsible to pay for any overtime due to the driver and bus company.
CONTRACT ADDENDUMS
1. It is the responsibility of every guest to read and sign the liability waiver prior to your tour.
2. For the safety of our guests, EventNiche strongly recommends the use of a ride share service or designated driver for your drop off and pick up at your meeting location.
3. Please let us know if anyone in your group has any food allergies.
PAYMENT
