INTRODUCTION

The Denise McLaughlin ‘Ladybug’ Scholarship is a community service based scholarship given to a young woman who has been involved in a community. Please complete all the questions below. This is Round 1 of the application. If your application is chosen to be moved forward, you will be contacted for an interview. Best of luck to all applicants.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. You must be a high school junior or senior.

2. You must have completed at least 72 hours of volunteer work or community service.

3. You must demonstrate financial need (family income is below $60,000).
