Tattoo Booking Form

Thanks for your interest in booking with me! Please fill out this form and I will reach out to you as soon as I'm able! I try to respond to all submissions within a week.

FAQ

- I prefer to tattoo Traditional and Neo Traditional style tattoos and those projects will get priority when booking.

- I charge $150 per hour plus tax.

- I typically stay booked 8 weeks out.

- All appointments require a $50-$100 deposit depending on the size and style of tattoo.

- All deposits are non-refundable and will come off the price of your tattoo (on the last session of multi session tattoos).

- Deposits are forfeited if appointment is cancelled without giving 24 hours notice to reschedule.

- Deposits are void after 6 months of inactivity.

-Two reschedules are allowed per deposit, if you have to cancel the rescheduled appointment, you are forfeiting the deposit.

-No call, no shows will forfeit their deposit and will not be rescheduled

Include any photos that may help me understand style and subject matter you're looking for, including references of tattoos I've already done.

Body Reference

I will draw your design directly on these photos to ensure that it fits you perfectly. Please also include photos of any existing tattoos that are in the surrounding area.

What days work best for you? (Saturdays are popular and get booked out very quickly, please choose a weekday if you are able to.)

Once you have submitted your request, I will review your project and if it's something that I feel I could do for you, I will contact you via email to acquire a deposit from you. Once I have recieved your deposit, your appointment is considered confirmed.
