Keep in mind, we are closed Sundays, Monday & Holidays. Therefore we are unable to accommodate move-ins on these days.

Space Details:

Full & Half Panels are peg wall space with 3 feet deep floor space in front. Wall space is the only option that provides plug-ins (ie fridge, freezer, lights, etc.).

The cost of power plug-in is included with your space, however if you need an additional plug-in (more than one), there will be a monthly charge for this (based on the power required for the space).

Panel Sizing:

Full Panel: 4ft Wide X 3ft Deep X 8ft High

Half Panel: 2ft Wide X 3ft Deep X 8ft High

Floor Space:

Floor Space means the middle aisle space (no wall space included). Floor space does NOT offer power hook-ups. It can vary in size based on availability and/or what is required by the vendor.

Floor Space requires a MINIMUM of 3ft Deep. This means if your table or display is only 2ft deep, you will still be required to pay for the additional 1ft depth of space.

Office Space:

Our offices are 100sq ft each and located upstairs in a professional office space. This space includes a partial kitchen, and washrooms just outside the business center doors.

WiFi and Dumpster use is included, as well as the building includes power, gas and water.

This is a quiet professional space. Office tenants are NOT allowed to bring children to work, or allow clients to bring children.

Offices are allowed to be painted or decorated to suite your preference, as long as it does now lower the value of the space.

First and last month rent required at move in.

$50 building key deposit required.

Vendors are required to include business name, product name, product number & pricing on ALL items being sold. We will no longer be allowing "garage sale" style price tags, as they often become loose and fall off easily causing confusion.
Do you agree to the above product labelling terms?*
Vendors are required to provide an inventory list for all new & removed product, every time stock is updated. The list should detail the product & product number being added or removed, and how many.

Vendors are paid out monthly, beginning on the 15th of the following month.

Please allow for slight delays during busier months, due to e-transfer limit restrictions.

Legacy DIY will deduct 5% to cover cost of any square terminal processing fees, bags, and any marketing done by our team for your products (ie our rotating ads in The weekly Bean, radio ads, upcoming downtown signage, and social media marketing).

Vendors are required to provide a first and last month sale space fees at time of move in. When moving out, we require a minimum 30 day advance notice, prior to move out.

*Varies depending on the space rental terms selected below. If you are on a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year term, you will still be required to pay the remaining months in your term.

*Legacy DIY does not remove product at the end of your signed term. If you do not reach out to our staff in regards to your plans once your term is over, you will be placed on a month to month term at your originally signed rate.

Although we do our best to ensure theft does not happen, with the use of security cameras & personal exposure, we cannot guarantee people will not succeed. If you have any concerns with theft, we encourage you to add theft protection if you wish to do so.

ie. locked cases, etc.

Please keep in mind, we have a hairdresser opened on Mondays while we are currently closed. This does NOT give vendors permission to access the Market Space while we are not available. For safety & security purposes, inventory adds or removals MUST be done on days the market is open ONLY.
