I agree to pay in full, the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment including any blowersI will not loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location.I understand there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness either expressed or implied. The person/s or organization renting this Equipment will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever.I agree to follow any and all posted or verbal rules (i.e, no shoes, no food/drink, no sharp objects, supervision at all times, no climbing or hanging on the sides or walls)If the event is in a public place, (parks, parking lots, streets, courtyards, etc.) there must be an adult present at all times - BOUNCE HOUSE IS NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE(S) - If found unsupervised, bounce house will be collected with no refund issuedI acknowledge that no DRY bounce house shall get wet, otherwise am in agreeance to any added cleaning feesI understand that all events are subject to weather conditions - If this occurs, I will be allowed a reschedule date at no extra charge. If I completely cancel the appointment, for ANY reason, I will receive a refund, less $50If you choose to have us deliver and set up the bounce house with rain in the forecast, there will be no refund if we have to come pick it up early due to weatherI understand that I have up to 2 hours before the event start time to decide if I want to cancel due to weather (refer to above terms). If I decide to have delivery and set up completed, there will be no refund issued even if it gets cancelled due to weatherI agree to have an adult present when the driver(s) arrive at the event location for initial set up. I am aware the driver(s) will only wait, at maximum, until the event start time. Waiting time can vary if communication is upheld between client and companyI agree to ensure the surface for the bounce house and any equipment will be free and clear of all pet waste
