Terms and Conditions of Facility and Equipment Use
The purpose of this form is to formalize our understanding regarding your intention to utilize certain spaces at VORTEX XR LAB and to set forth our mutual understandings regarding the care, custody and disposition of space and equipment usage. The Client identified above certifies and warrants that it has free and clear title to such facility and that it intends to allow usage of selected Facility and Equipment for the allocated Time Period, within the proximity of VORTEX XR LAB. The Facilities and Equipment that is covered by this Agreement ("VORTEX XR LAB Facilities and Equipment Use Form) shall be identified as The Premise.
The Client will utilize the facilities and equipment at VORTEX XR LAB on the terms and conditions of this agreement. The facilities and equipment usage period shall be from what was written in the previous section. The usage period may be extended or terminated with the written mutual consent of both parties. No variation or amendment of this agreement will be effective unless it is made in writing and signed by both parties.
The Client may utilize the facility and equipment of VORTEX XR Lab as stated in the above segment, ONLY with the supervision of a personnel of VORTEX XR Lab at all times of usage.
The Client may NOT adjust or change the facility or equipment settings or setup without acknowledgement and agreement of a personnel of VORTEX XR Lab on site.
The Client may bring their own equipment for additional or self recording or any other purposes related to use of facility and equipment purposes. VORTEX XR Lab personnel will not be held responsible for any external equipment usage within VORTEX XR Lab.
Payment
The facility and equipment are being utilized free of charge for academic purposes.
Responsible for Loss or Damage
The Client is responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment during the time of utilization of the facility and equipment if The Client physically handles the equipment or utilizes the equipment without supervision of a VORTEX XR Lab personnel.
Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving 1 day's written notice to the other Party. In Addition, VORTEX XR LAB may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of the The Client's failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Assignment
This Agreement is personal and The Client shall not assign this Agreement or any privileges granted hereunder without the prior written consent of VORTEX XR LAB.
