  • How it works....

  • A contracted Valet Tagger, tags your items and you earn 40% of your gross sales, less applicable fees.
Checks arrive 2 weeks after the sale ends.
You will receive Presale passes for you and a guest to shop before the public at both of our exclusive Presales!

Fees – $20-25 Valet Consignor fee, will be deducted from your check ($15 for registration/$5-10 for supplies, based on qty of tags)
HANGING FEE If you hang your own clothes, the valet fee is the only fee you will incur, if you choose to have the valet service provide the hangers and hang your clothing, we will deduct $.15/hanger ( ie: 200 clothing items = $30 for hangers & hanging)

All items should be clean, free of stains, current and complete and will be inspected. I understand that I will be charged .25 for each unacceptable/rejected item. If more than 25 items are rejected, I may be charged an additional excessive dirt/sort fee. $5-30 for an order under 250 items, and $30-50 for an order of 251 to 500 items.

    STEPS TO FOLLOW:
    1. Once your have been assigned a tagger - you will receive an email with the valet consignor waiver to complete digitally so your tagger receives the needed info.

IF your order is received but upon further evaluation by the tagger, it is not inline with the requirements, your tagger will charge a sort fee if there are enough remaining eligible items. Otherwise tagger will contact you with option to donate all, pickup all.

    2. Valet Service is provided for 1 sale in a season. Consignors that drop off early in the season, have the option to request carryover at the discretion of the tagger (for an additional fee paid to tagger) to the 2nd sale in a season before items are donated.
It is ONLY recommended that consignors choosing carry over option, have a large amount of items. Example is 10+ bags/boxes, some large items, toys and other non clothing items. We want the option to be available but also make sense for the seller and tagger.

    3. Tagger will inspect the items and tag everything that passes. Our Valet inspectors are looking for the best quality items and are our strictest inspectors, holding to JBF standards.

** Please note: A Tagger will price items according to our corporate pricing guide. If you want an item to be tagged for a specific price, it must be clearly marked and noted at drop-off.

  • CARRYOVER Request or DONATE unsold items after 1st sale

Valet Service is provided for 1 sale in a season. Consignors that drop off early in the season, have the option to request carryover (for an additional fee to tagger) for tagger to transfer unsold items to the 2nd sale in a season before unsold items are donated.

It is recommended that ONLY Consignors that have a large amount of items request carry over option. Example is 10+ bags/boxes, some large items, toys and other non clothing items. We want the option to be available but also make sense for the seller and tagger.

Carryover is not guaranteed - but will be confirmed or declined by your tagger before they schedule drop off and confirmed with you when you drop off.

IF the tagger finds that there is a small qty of items remaining at end of 1st sale, they may opt to not carry over to 2nd sale and not charge you, if not beneficial for the consignor due to limited items remaining. (this actually happened this spring due to AMAZING sales)

---- Please contact JBF if you have any questions regarding these options.

  • WAITLIST PROCESSING for this season.

    - Taggers are full for 1st sale processing right now...

2nd sale processing drop offs that are accepted will have UNSOLD Items - DONATE at end of the sale

or select waitlist for Carryover if you want to see if a tagger can squeeze you in for 1st sale of the season processing.

Once Valet service is full for 1st Sale Processing - we have a waitlist
    - If a tagger opens a spot for 1st sale - you can request carryover.
    - But, If a spot doesn't open till after 1st Sale Drop off ends, then you will be set as a Donate All unsold at the end of the sale.

We will definitely be able to confirm before you drop off.

As always you can tag and take your items to the sale if you would like to do so. The best way to get your items to both sales is to either get set up with valet early in the processing season or you can price and prep your own items. We are here to help you along the way with any questions.
