Fundraising Obligation: The success of fundraising is fully dependent on the participation and dedication of our club skaters, parents and volunteers. All members are required to participate in at least 2 fundraising activities or provide a payment of $150.

If you indicated "No" to participating in the fundraising activities, check off the $150 fundraising fee to apply it to your total before submitting the form.

Fees include a non-refundable $50 Skate Canada/Club Fee.

Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds after January 15, 2022. The only exception will be for medical reasons (to be verified by a written document provided by a licensed medical doctor). Prior to this date, refund amounts will be prorated for all refunds granted. The $50 Skate Canada/Club Admin fee is non-refundable.

By submitting this application form, the applicant agrees that the SSC and/or its coaches will not be responsible for accidents or losses – however caused – and agrees to release the club and coaches from any damages, or claims which may arise as a result of such accident or loss. 2. The city has the right to cancel our ice time due to tournaments or special events. In the event that the city cancels a session, it will be made up but sometimes unavoidably it cannot be done at the regular time or day for that session. *
