ALL attendees are required to register for convention. Each person MUST have their own meal ticket to attend any meal. We will not be selling meal tickets at convention, no exceptions, please plan accordingly.

PLEASE fill out one form for each person attending!

 Registration deadline is August 19!

If you plan to attend the entire convention, please select the "package" you need. The packages are priced PER PERSON.

"Packages" are for the entire Convention. They include three hotel nights and the following meals/events:

Friday Breakfast
Friday tour of the Ag Science Institute & lunch
Awards Reception
Friday Dinner
Saturday Tools for Schools Breakfast
Saturday Youth/Junior Awards Luncheon
Saturday Dinner
Sunday Breakfast

If you are NOT attending the entire convention (Thursday-Sunday), please do not select a package, only select your individual meals and hotel nights.

If you would like to pay by check, DO NOT check the boxes above for what you are regisistering for... instead write them in the box below. If you check them above, you will be forced to pay by credit card.

*Failing to pay online or letting us know you will mail a check will result in a cancelled reservation.

1.    If you do not check into the hotel on the first night of your reservation, the hotel will automatically cancel your entire reservation with no guarantee of room availability for the remainder of the weekend nor will a refund be issued;

2. I understand that if I must cancel my reservation, it must be done by emailing Jessica at jlhorton@ncgrange.com  Cancellations made after  September 9 will not be refunded. Please note, the office is only staffed Monday-Thursday.

3. All checks mailed for payment must be received by September 9, 2022. Failing to do so, will result in a cancelled reservation.
