By signing the below, I agree to be held responsible and see that gatherings are conducted as follows:
• All music will end at 10:00 p.m.
• Any damage will be repaired at the property owner’s expense.
• Area will be cleaned up immediately following the event.
• Consideration of neighboring property owners.
• Guests will be charged appropriately.
• Disorderly guests will be asked to leave or escorted from the premises.

(Available are picnic table, charcoal grill, fire pit, primitive area, accessible by foot only, restrooms and trash carts are located at concession stand shelter, security monitored)

Damage/Extra Cleaning Policy:
Any expenses incurred to repair damage to the campground or for extra cleaning will be charged to your POA account. These charges will be subject to any finance charges and late fees incurred on your account.
