A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 12-hours notice.  If cancelling within the 12- hour window of the appointment time, a $25 fee of scheduled services is required.

If a client does not show up for an appointment, a $25 fee of scheduled services will be charged.

Repeat Offenders

If you consistently cancel within 12-hours or not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make appointments on a day to day basis.  If there are no appointments available that day you will be placed on a waitlist for next available.
