1. If you do not check into the hotel on the first night of your reservation, the hotel will automatically cancel your entire reservation with no guarantee of room availability for the remainder of the weekend nor will a refund be issued;
2. I understand that if I must cancel my reservation, it must be done by emailing Jessica at jlhorton@ncgrange.com or by calling the office and speaking to a staff member during business hours. Cancellations made after September 3 will not be refunded. Please note the office is only staffed Monday-Thursday.
3. All checks mailed for payment must be received by September 8, 2021. Failing to do so, will result in a cancelled reservation.
