• 2022 Delegate/Staff/Officer/Dept. Head Registration

    ALL attendees are required to register for convention, THIS INCLUDES JUNIORS AND CONFIRMED VOLUNTEERS. Each person MUST have their own meal ticket to attend any meal. We will not be selling meal tickets at convention, no exceptions, please plan accordingly.

     

    PLEASE fill out one form per person!

    (Spouses MUST complete their own registration form or are NOT considered registered)

     

    DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS AUGUST 19!

  • Be advised, if you have non-delegates staying with you, they are required to pay the appropriate hotel and/or meal fees.

    i.e.: If you are a delegate and your spouse is not, they need to register and select the double package if staying all 3 nights. If they are staying less than 3 nights please contact our office to arrange payment.

  • 1.    If you do not check into the hotel on the first night of your reservation, the hotel will automatically cancel your entire reservation with no guarantee of room availability for the remainder of the weekend nor will a refund be issued;

     

    2. I understand that if I must cancel my reservation, it must be done by emailing Jessica at jlhorton@ncgrange.com or by calling the office and speaking to a staff member during business hours. Cancellations made after  September 3 will not be refunded. Please note the office is only staffed Monday-Thursday.

     

    3. All checks mailed for payment must be received by September 8, 2021. Failing to do so, will result in a cancelled reservation.
