Change of Status Applicants -

As a Change of Status applicant, you are required to prepay your tuition deposit and first two months of tuition. These payments are nonrefundable if you fail to properly file or pursue your Change of Status application, maintain the required immigration eligibility, or fully and timely respond to any USCIS Request for Evidence or other request for documentation.

A refund may be considered only when the Change of Status application was properly filed, all required supporting documentation and USCIS-requested evidence was submitted, the applicant maintained eligibility for the requested status, and USCIS nevertheless denied the application.

Failure to provide required financial, immigration, status-maintenance, residency, or other requested evidence does not qualify for a refund.
