    At this time we are no longer offering lead in water testing. Women for a Healthy Environment is using a "filter first" approach. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is offering grant funding to eligible schools and child care centers in Pennsylvania for lead in water reduction activities including testing and plumbing repair.
