  • Wow, do we have big news for you! We've been working hard and putting in countless hours into developing something we think you'll love. I have been going through Nathan's coaching program for a while now and have seen tremendous results including overall weight loss, fat loss, muscle growth, and most importantly, a huge confidence boost.


    I can attribute these successes to many factors, but the biggest two of which being Nathan's amazing workout and nutrition programing and my steadfast dedication to becoming the best version of myself I could become. Those who know me know I've not had an easy year but that I've used this past year to the best of my ability.


    In July of 2021, a family member of mine was diagnosed with end-stage renal failure (kidney failure) that would require immediate dialysis and eventually, a kidney transplant. Since that diagnosis, I kicked my butt into gear so I could try to be a donor for my family member. I started eating better and saw immediate results in weight loss, but stumbled along the way with temptations and getting overwhelmed. I started going to the gym and fell in love with it almost instantaneously.


    Then, I met Nathan. He took what was a broken mess looking to change things for the better, and turned me in the right direction with personalized workouts and taught me how to eat better without losing all of my favorite foods. Through this process, I've lost 100 pounds. You read that right… ONE HUNDRED POUNDS! Not only that, but due to all of the progress I've made with Nathan's assistance, I was accepted as my family member's kidney donor and had a successful transplant surgery in the fall of 2022!


    In celebration of all the success Nathan has brought me, we decided to partner up to share my workout program with all of you so you too can get amazing results!
