Requesting a Campaign from Lead Gen Lab indicates Agent's understanding and approval of the following terms:

• The Luxury Division Luxury package will run for 4 weeks. You can choose to renew the campaign, but it will not automatically renew.  
• You will receive a link to a reporting dashboard 1 day after your campaign launches.
• If your listing goes under contract in less than 30 days, notify us to end the campaign and use the remaining balance towards a future campaign.
• Any refunds or credits processed through brokerage marketing budgets fulfill credit obligations; no additional refunds to original payment methods will be issued.
• Opting into Geofencing will incurr a surchage of $250/selection in addition to the package.
