2022-2023 East Wake High School Student Parking Application

(Register only one vehicle per student if sharing a parking space. Students not sharing may register two family vehicles. A completed parking application is required for each student)

As evidenced by our signatures below, we have read and agree to abide by the EWHS 2022-2023 Student Parking Regulations that pertain to parking and operating a vehicle on the EWHS campus. Failure to adhere to such rules may result in loss of parking permit, other disciplinary actions, or the vehicle being towed. Any costs associated with these measures will be the responsibility of the vehicle's owner.

This form must be completed submitted along with all documents uploaded (driver's license, vehicle registration card) and parking fee paid prior to a parking tag being issued.
