By completing this form, I understand that a consultion appointment is required before the actual appointment. I understand that the actual service I want to book for will be booked some time after my consultation. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 1 week of submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 2 weeks to be seen. I understand that my consultation appointment does include basic salon service in order for my stylist to understand the condition of my hair in order for me to receive the service I want to book for. I understand that there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and if I cancel with less than 24hr notice I will be charged 50% of the cost of the Consultation and this charge will not apply to the actual service I want to book for.
