We are 80% full with only 27 spaces of varying sizes available. Currently Dec 10-11 is sold out and a waiting list has been established.  If you are interested in joining us, prior to completing the form. Please email us with your desired date(s) and size of space (6 x 10; 8 x 10; 10 x 10) so we may tell you what is available.  The map will be updated each evening.

The 2022 Jolly Holiday Artisan Market again covers five weekends of unique handcrafted items for holiday gift giving and more.  We strive to offer a diversity of products and vendors which reflect the richness of Lansing's art world.

Applications are due by midnight on September 30.  Artisans will be notified by October 14 of acceptance.  If space is still available there will be a second round of applications. Selections are based on product type and quality.  A team of vendors from the REO Town Marketplace will blind-jury the submissions.

Spaces will be allotted based on when application was received and availability of requested space. If there are not enough spaces on the weekends chosen, we will provide alternative choices of space locations and weekends.

REO Town Marketplace will not be providing tables or chairs, please bring your own.

Within the application you will be asked to make three choices for your space, as well as the weekends you wish to participate.  Every attempt will be made to honor one of the choices, but we cannot guarantee a specific spot.  If you have specific size needs, please let us know in the comment box.

Attendance is required for both weekend days (and Black Friday).  If you are participating on consecutive weekends, you may leave your set up and merchandise. The building is alarmed in the evening, but REO Town Marketplace will not be responsible for any damaged or missing product.

Photos of your products and booth set up are required.  If you are a repeat vendor, please supply photos for marketing purposes.

There is a $10.00 non-refundable application fee which will be applied to your booth fee if accepted.

 

All vendors are responsible for carrying insurance for liability and loss.  We do not require proof of insurance. However, by submitting this application the vendor will not hold the REO Town Marketplace responsible for any loss or damage of their property during the days they participate, or for property left on the premises overnight.

The Marketplace is alarmed and has security cameras.  If you have any concerns please contact us.

After submission, and if you are accepted, an invoice will be mailed.  Receipt of payment will secure your space.
