PARENT/GUARDIAN AND SENIOR: Read thoroughly before submitting. By clicking submit, I understand that if I am chosen as a Smitten with Bliss spokesmodel, I will have 15 days to commit to the model team. Once committed, I am required to use Smitten with bliss as my senior photographer and will contractually agree to not use any other photographers for the duration of the spokesmodel program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Brook Krabill and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the spokesmodel program. In addition, l understand that, if chosen as a spokesmodel, I am required to pay the cost of the rep team fee ($850) guaranteeing 2 individual sessions and other perks with the opportunity to earn more through referrals.
