Northbrook New Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in the premier shotgun shooting facility in the Midwest, the Northbrook Sports Club. Once accepted your Membership will be a family Membership, which includes your spouse, children up to the age of 21 still living at home, and any children up to the age of 23 still attending college. Your application will go in front of the Board of Directors at their next scheduled meeting held on the third Wednesday of every month.
The Membership requirements are as follows:
- Illinois residents must have a valid Firearms Owners Identification Card (F.O.I.D)
- Applicant must be 21 years of age or sponsored by an Adult with a valid F.O.I.D card.
- A copy of your F.O.I.D must be attached to this application.
- Sponsorship of two NSC Members in good standing.
- Demonstrate Knowledge of safe firearms handling.
- Payment in Full with Application (check preferred)
