    Please choose one of the return methods below.

    For convenience, we can provide a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. If you choose this option, a $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For many of our larger items, this is often the simplest way to return your order. Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you the label to print, attach to your package, and drop off at any FedEx location.

    If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know in your request and upload photos for review. Our team will review it promptly and help make it right.

    You may also use your own carrier. If you choose this option, we’ll send return instructions after your request is approved to help ensure your return is processed accurately.

  • To receive a full refund, items must be new, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Because our bedding is used in the most personal spaces of your home, we’re unable to accept returns that show any signs of use, including human or pet hair or fur, stains or visible wear, or odors such as perfume, detergent, smoke or other scents.

    We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your purchase before placing it directly on your bed or allowing pets on it. This helps us keep all of our customers’ bedding clean, fresh and safe to enjoy.

    Only products purchased directly from www.hiendaccents.com are eligible for returns. For items purchased through our retail partners, please contact the original retailer for their return process.

    The return window is 30 days after receipt of your purchase.
