    For your convenience, we’re happy to provide a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. A $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost. Given the size of our products, most customers find this option easier and more affordable than using their own carrier. To use the label, simply attach it to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location.

    Important: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll provide a return label at no cost to you.

  • To receive a full refund, items must be new, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Because our bedding is used in the most personal spaces of your home, we’re unable to accept returns that show any signs of use, including human or pet hair or fur, stains or visible wear, or odors such as perfume, detergent, smoke or other scents.

    We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your purchase before placing it directly on your bed or allowing pets on it. This helps us keep all of our customers’ bedding clean, fresh and safe to enjoy.

    Only products purchased directly from www.hiendaccents.com are eligible for returns. For items purchased through our retail partners, please contact the original retailer for their return process.
