• 2024 Diocesan Convention Nomination Form for Elected Positions in 2025

  • Submission Deadline: October 21, 2024

     

    Delegates to Diocesan Convention will be responsible for electing the following positions:

    • The Episcopal Foundation of WNC (3-year term): 3 Adult Lay Communicants for "At Large" positions from any deanery without parish duplication.

    • The Executive Council of the Diocese (3-year term): 2 Adult Lay Communicants for "At Large" positions from any parish without duplication; 2 Adult Lay communicants from each of the following Deaneries: Mountain & Hendersonville; 1 Clergy from each of the following Deaneries: Mountain & Western.

    • Standing Committee (4-year term): 1 Adult Lay Communicant, 1 Clergy.Finance Committee (3-year term): 1 Clergy, 1 Adult Lay Communicant.

    • Disciplinary Board (3-year term): 2 Clergy, 1 Adult Lay Communicant. 

    • Nominating Committee (3-year term): 1 Clergy, 1 Adult Lay Communicant.

    • Trustees of the University of the South:  1 Adult Lay to fill a 3 year term (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2028).
