• 2026 Diocesan Convention Nomination Form for Elected Positions in 2027

    Delegates to Diocesan Convention will be responsible for electing the following positions:

    • The Episcopal Foundation of WNC (3-year term): 3 Adult Laypersons for "At Large" from each of the following Deaneries: Asheville, Hendersonville, Mountain.

    • The Executive Council of the Diocese (3-year term): 2 Adult Layperson for "At Large" positions from any parish without duplication; 1 Adult Layperson from each of the following Deaneries: Western, Asheville; 1 Clergy from each of the following Deaneries: Hendersonville & Foothills.

    • Standing Committee (4-year term): 1 Adult Layperson, 1 Clergy.

    • Finance Committee (3-year term): 1 Clergy, 1 Adult Layperson.

    • Disciplinary Board (3-year term): 2 Clergy, 1 Adult Layperson. 

    • Nominating Committee (3-year term): 1 Clergy, 1 Adult Layperson.

    • Trustees of the University of the South (3-year term):  1 Adult Layperson (July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2030).
