    1. Applicants must answer all questions. 2. Answers to each question must be true and correct. 3.  Finalists will be required to feature in marketing and promotional material. 4. Finalists consent to having their names and photographs published. 5. Applicants may be required to speak to the media. 6. Applicants may not contact the judges directly during the course of the award process. 7. Applicants accept that the judges' decision is final and no negotiation will be entered into. 8. The prize package is non-transferable either to another person or to a cash equivalent. 9. The Award reserves the right to change components of the prize package at its discretion. However, any changes to the prize will be replaced with another prize of equal or greater value. 10. Applicants must be aged between 21 - 35 years as at 31 August 2022, and working in the agribusiness sectors in either Australia or New Zealand. 11. Applicants must be a resident of either Australia or New Zealand and must not be related to any person involved in the award scheme. 12. The prize package is valid for 12 months unless otherwise specified. 13. The successful applicant will be required to undertake Award Ambassador duties.14. Award finalists are each responsible for the content they publish, or have published, on social media and should use good judgment in relation to their profiles being associated with the Zanda McDonald Award. Comments, expressions, and other postings on social media must be honest and respectful of others. 15. The prize package includes Education or Training up to the value of $10,000 AU: The aim is to provide the Award recipient with further education that is in line with their future development and personal growth. The education and/or training package is not restricted to a set list of options, but is subject to mutual agreement by the Award recipient and judging panel (and subject to acceptance into the desired training/course) . Up to $10,000 AU is available to put towards these costs, including all travel and accommodation expenses. Any costs exceeding $10,000 will be at the Award recipient’s own expense. 16. Applications must be received by 5pm New Zealand time, Wednesday 31 August. No late entries accepted.
