1) Make sure there is a window light - It makes a huge difference for the workflow in all the preparations. 2) Gather all the details the day before [the latest] and have them ready in a designated area when photographers arrive at the event/prep site. 3) STAY MINDFUL in maintaining areas near the windows clear of glasses, bags, etc.- this is key - We ask you to kindly remove trash bags, and all distracting elements - this is the area where we generally take all the getting ready for our bride - 4) Allow a 'lil bit of time when getting ready - Staying calm helps you receive all that excitement that is your wedding day!
