I understand that this animal is property of Two Girls Lots of Dogs and is NOT legally my animal, regardless of how long it spends living in my home.

I understand that vet appointments will be made and paid for by Two Girls Lots of Dogs. I understand that if I take this animal to the vet without Claire Jones or Phoebe Goldstein's knowledge, it will be my financial responsibility.

I understand that food and supplies will be provided by Two Girls Lots of Dogs. If I buy food, toys, supplies, etc. without the knowledge of Claire or Phoebe, I will be financially responsible for those costs.

I understand that I may not give the animal away or adopt the animal out without the permission of Two Girls Lots of Dogs. If I am leaving town, I will alert Two Girls Lots of Dogs immediately. I will not let someone watch or dogsit the animal without their knowledge.
