CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY:
Should you be running late, please contact me as soon as possible via the phone number provided in your appointment confirmation email. Failure to do so can and will result in appointment cancellation. If you are more than 15 minutes late with NO CONTACT, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
I do understand that life happens and sometimes circumstances come up that we have no control over. I try my best to accommodate as much as I can when these circumstances arise; by rescheduling your session without a cancellation fee. However, I do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any service not fulfilled due to a last minute cancellation.
Cancellation: will result in a 50% service charge if you do not cancel/reschedule within 24 hours prior to your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to fill your appointment slot with any client that was seeking your appointment slot.
No Show/No Call: will result in a 100% service charge. No Exceptions!!
Please note: two or more NO CALL/NO SHOWS will result in client banning. Any deposits made will not be refunded.
Late Show: I will always try my best to accommodate and keep you on schedule, so please communicate with me if you are running more than 15 minutes late so I can adjust accordingly. Any time more than 15 minutes late with NO CONTACT, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
***DO NOT communicate via social media or email for any of the above circumstances as I do not check those outlets periodically and will not get the message until it is already too late***
Payment Options: All major credit/debit cards, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal and Cash. If paying with cash, please bring exact change as I will not be able to make change.
Deposits are nonrefundable.
I ask that all clients establish an account on Acruity and keep them current with contact information, payment information and checkout preference. Acruity has implemented a contactless checkout option for your comfort. And allows you to change/cancel/reschedule any of your sessions at your convenience to avoid any fees.

STUDIO RULES:
- Please come with a clean, makeup-free face as cosmetics will disrupt the efficacy of the adhesive and other products used during the service.
- All clients must wash lashes thoroughly before lash services can be performed.
- NO other guests (or pets) are allowed to accompany you during your service.
- Light background music is provided during services but you may listen to your own music with headphones. If it has been a long day or an early start, feel free to nap during your service.
- Complimentary snacks and water are provided. Please do not bring outside food. And absolutely NO caffeine prior to your appointment. Coffee & tea are available for after your session.
- A weighted blanket is provided for comfort but please feel free to dress comfortable, cozy and warm as sometimes the studio may be chilly; even during the summer months.
- I cannot stop during the session to allow bathroom breaks as I would have to resecure your gel pads/tape and it will take away from your service time. Please arrive earlier to use the restroom and limit your water intake prior to your session.
COVID-19/SICK & SAFETY POLICY:
In an effort to maintain the health and well being of my clients and myself, I will continue to take the necessary precautions to make my clients feel comfortable during their visit with me. Please take note of the following:
- If any client is not feeling well, I simply ask that you stay home and I will try my best to accommodate your appointment on another day.
- Masks are not required in my studio or in the building but are encouraged for your comfort.
- Please text when you arrive to ensure that I am ready for you and there are no guests still in the studio. I ask you to be courteous and understanding as some guests may still feel uncertain during these crazy times. However, the lobby is now open for waiting if you do not want to wait in your car.
- The front door to the building remains locked at all times for our safety. Keep this in mind, as I would have to buzz you in. If you are waiting in the lobby, management has asked that no guests allow anyone in; this is their stylists' responsibility.
- If your are experiencing any eye irritations, please let me know prior to your appointment as I may not be able to move forward with your session depending on the circumstances.
