We plan to be in person for classes this Semptember. However if the need arrises for virtual classes the following permissions are needed.

Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) may at times use an interactive, real time virtual classroom provided through Zoom. Parents/guardians of children participating in Zoom PREP classes are are expected to supervise their child/children during the scheduled instructional time and in accordance with the Deaf Apostolate policies for “ netiquette. ”

So we are prepared for this, we ask you to complete these questions:
I agree that as a parent/guardian, I or my designate will assist my child during the weekly religious education Zoom class on a computer or ipad in an area of the house with little distraction. There will be adult supervision during this time.

I also understand that my child’s PREPsession may be recorded and stored on the parish website for viewing at a later time for students who are not able to join the scheduled PREP session time.
