Credit Card Authorization

I hereby authorize Advantage Indoor to initiate credit card charges for Junior Programs. Charges will run the Friday preceding the month the student(s) are registered for. This is a reoccurring monthly charge, you will need to email diego@advantageindoor.net before the next session starts to cancel re-enrollment.

I further understand, agree and acknowledge that by submitting this document electronically I become legally bound to this Release, Waiver, Indemnification of All Claims, and Covenant Not to Sue – just as if I had signed a hard copy of this Agreement and submitted it to AD•IN.
