    I hereby authorize Advantage Indoor to initiate credit card charges for Junior Programs. Charges will run the Friday preceding the month the student(s) are registered for. This is a reoccurring monthly charge, you will need to email diego@advantageindoor.net before the next session starts to cancel re-enrollment.
