Followed by Monday 22nd, and Tuesday 23rd. Students receive a detailed study manual with relatable pictures for better memory retention, multiple practice quizzes, an extensive glossy, and free practice tests to help prepare for the real estate exam. Setting aside time to study is crucial and highly encouraged in order to be able to pass the National and State real estate exams.     Missouri 24-Hour Real Estate Practice Course (Must attend all sessions) 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Starts Tuesday, September 30th, then Thursday October 2nd, and Friday October 3rd. In this course each student will receive a massive manual with contract forms, plus information regarding financing, fair housing, code of ethics, home styles, recognizing property defects, pricing property, safety, measuring a property but also avoiding misrepresentation. Topics such as negotiating, counter offers and contract contingencies will also be covered as well as learning how to complete and explain both a buyer agency and listing agreement, calculate and complete a Seller's Estimated Net Proceeds Worksheet, and even complete an actual sales contract. This manual was prepared from my vast years of experience keeping in mind how important it will be as a new licensee upon entering the career of real estate that being more confident will help you kick start your success. THIS COURSE IS ALSO REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A LICENSE.
