    Missouri 24-Hour Real Estate Practice Course (Must attend all sessions) 9:00 am - 4:00 pm March classes. Monday 23rd, Tuesday 24th, Thursday 26th, Friday 27th. You will receive a massive manual with listing and selling contract forms, information regarding financing, fair housing, code of ethics, home styles, recognizing property defects, pricing property, safety, measuring a property, ways to avoid misrepresentation, plus topics such as negotiating, counter offers and contingencies to name a few. A great deal will be covered with hands on learning to complete and explain agency agreements, prepare a Seller's Estimated Net Proceeds Worksheet, and even write a sales contract. Prepared from years of experience keeping in mind how important it will be for you as a new licensee upon entering the career of real estate so you have confidence to kick start your success. THIS COURSE IS REQUIRED IN ADDITION TO THE 48 HR PRE-EXAM CLASS TO OBTAIN A LICENSE.
