Tuition Agreement Conditions:
1. An enrollment fee must accompany the enrollment application. The enrollment fee will be applied to the last 15 days of tuition upon cancellation of services, provided 15 days written notice is given to the Director. The enrollment fee may only be applied towards tuition. If a minimum 15 day written notice is not given, the account will be charged, and the enrollment fee will be forfeited. Any outstanding balance not covered by the enrollment fee is the responsibilty of the parent.
2. The account will automatically be billed tuition regardless of the child's attendance. Tuition is to be paid EVERY OTHER FRIDAY. Tuition not paid by the Monday following the tuition due date will automatically be assessed a $25.00 late fee at 9:00 am.
