As a customer of ND Shippers Ja you have agreed to abide by our terms and conditions listed below.
Customers agrees not to ship any hazardous materials, guns and ammo, guns accessories or any explosive material of any kind.
ND Shippers Ja will also refrain from shipping items that the government of Jamaica prohibited.
You have agreed to be held accountable and any fees subjected will have to be paid based on how far the item has reached in the shipping process.
ND Shippers Ja will not be responsible for items damaged by external bodies such as companies you purchased from online or during the shipping and clearing process.
ND Shippers Ja will only take responsibility for items that are damaged or that went missing while in our possession.
Items must be properly packaged to ensure safety.
You have given ND Shippers Ja permission to send you information about promotions and other important messages to your email or cell phone.
You have given permission to ND Shippers Ja to clear your packages on your behalf and have agreed to pay the fees charged by customs and any storage fee incurred due to your inability to receive your packages.
Customers will incurred a service charge for goods that have to undergo customs inspection and charges.
A custom fee will be charged for items $US50 and over.
Items that are over 75lbs will be charged an additional fee for handling.
Items that have been cleared and paid for will be kept at our storage facility for 5 business days, after which they will be charged a storage fee of $JA200 per day. After 15 business days, items will be auctioned for sale; no refund will be provided for deposits made on these shipments. *Conditions Apply*
Orders placed by us there will be no refund unless the package is damaged within our possession. *Conditions Apply*
Customers should pay 50% of cost for shipment and customs clearance that has a total value greater than $US100.
If you have requested ND Shippers Ja to conduct online purchases on your behalf with our credit card, you will be charged a service fee for this service. Contact a representative for more information.
Delivery will be provided to customers upon request, however customers will be charged a delivery fee.
Full payment is required for shipments before they are picked up and delivered to customers except cash on delivery.
If ND Shippers Ja should request additional documents and they are not provided, shipment may be delayed and a storage fee will be charged after a given time. Contact a representative for more information.
