Expressions of Interest
The Ivor Burge Championships are the National Basketball Championships for Players with an Intellectual Disability (a participant’s eligibility is based on an Intelligence Quotient [IQ] of 75 or below). This championship gives selected athletes the opportunity to compete on the national stage against the best in the country, with the usual cost to attend an Australian Junior Chamionship being around $2000-$2500 per player a sponsorship allows us to bring player costs down + potentially add experiences for the players while away!
