Spring Learn to Skate Registration: Youth

ADM/Mites hockey skaters will have 45 minutes of power skating and hockey skills each week on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:00 p.m. Session runs from September 6 thru February 28.

Please fill out one form per child. This will allow for the best record keeping
There are NO MAKE UPS for missed classes
You may select to pay in full or pay for the classes you plan on attending.
