St. Mary Family Formation Registration 2022-2023

Welcome to 2022-2023 Family Formation and Sacramental Prep!

All families with children in Kindergarten through Grade 5 as of September 2022 are invited to register for Family Formation. Classes for 2nd and 3rd Graders will focus on Sacramental Prep, selected accordingly at checkout.

New this year: You will have your choice of day/location, between a Sunday afternoon session in Exeter and a Monday evening session in Newmarket. Full schedule posted back on the parish website.

Please Note: We hope this form is an easy way for you to submit your info and fees for Family Formation ($175 per family) and Sacramental Prep ($50-$75 per child, per sacrament). This form will only accept payment in full via Credit Card. If you must pay by cash, check, or installments, please email Susan (MaryEd@stmnh.org) to make arrangements. If you are a parishioner of St. Michael Parish, please register at stmichaelparish.org/formation.

Program Cost Details

There is a $175 fee per family for Family Formation. There is a $50-75 fee per child for Sacramental Prep. Please pay now in full by credit card.
