Tier 1 Data Recovery

Tier 1 is $329 and covers drives that can be recovered without needing parts or advanced firmware repair. In our experience, this is about 70% of the drives we receive for recovery. Often times other shops will quote you for a head swap or other clean room recovery when your drive is recoverable under this tier by us.

Tier 2 Data Recovery

Tier 2 is $399 and covers hard drives that can be recovered with exernal part replacement, but do not need any internal parts replaced. This tier also covers the more advanced firmware repairs that are often misdiagnosed as internal parts issues. In our experience about 85% of the drives we receive fall under Tier 1 or Tier 2. Often times other shops will quote you for a head swap or other clean room recovery when your drive is recoverable under this Tier by us.

Tier 3 Data Recovery - Clean Room Lab Restoration

Tier 3 is $699 and covers hard drives that require internal parts replacement in a clean room environment.  In our experience about 15% of the drives we receive fall under Tier 3 and require internal parts replacement.
