    Happy Home Styling is a short-term rental furnishing, styling and co-hosting company based in Denver, CO. We are a new company, and we are quickly growing!

    We currently manage around 15 homes in 3 markets (Denver, Co - Charlotte, NC - Scottsdale, AZ) and we're looking to double by the end of the year. 

    We can furnish anywhere from 2-7 homes in Denver within any given time and we're looking for an organized Furnishing Assistant with an eye for home decorating to assist with shopping, running errands, setting up and furnishing homes in Denver.

    This is a physically demanding job, and the person hired will work closely with Georgeann, owner of Happy Home Styling, and trusted handymen to put together homes as quickly as possible. No previous experience is required, just a love for design. We will train the right person.

    Job Duties and Roles:

    • In-person and online shopping and furnishing for an empty home
    • Communicate easily with homeowners, as needed, on their expectations
    • Assist with installation, design prep, inventory management, and expense tracking
    • Provide feedback for the business to create efficiency
    • Reliable transportation/car access in the Greater Denver area (upcoming projects in Arvada and Westminster)
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
    • Strict attention to detail needed

    Hours:

    This can be a full-time or part-time role with flexible hours to work Monday-Friday.

    Compensation:

    Flat salary ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 per month, depending on hours committed, with incentives to grow based on tenure and value added to our company and clients. This role does not include benefits like health insurance or 401k. There is also potential for incentive-based bonuses.
