Food distribution
Arrive before the start of the program to receive food

Divide the food equally between men and women

Setup the tables and paper products outside

Assist with preparing Iftar plates

Fill the water coolers with water and ice

Check that all trash bins have new bags

Prepare tea

Take out the trash bags and put them in dumpster, clean up kitchen, utensils and dispose off all used trays.

Properly cover left over food and place it in the refrigerator

Wipe down all food prep surfaces with disinfectant

Audio / Video / Lighting
Program and operate the sound

Assist with stage setup, prepare stage sound equipment and oversee sound checks.

Program and operate the console that provides our online YouTube video stream.

Program and operate the lighting DMX console.

Operate the software that projects the videos, slides

Salat Setup
Ensure that proper salat connection is there between men and women

Setup tables and chairs for elderly who can't pray on floor

Fold the salat tables and chairs after salat is over and set them aside

Guide new comers to Wudu area and provide turbah to congregants

Opening & Closing
Before start of Program

Arrive 30 minutes early and open the Center

Turn on all the lights and unlock both men and women's entrance

Adjust the thermostats if needed

Put the trash bins outside

Post Program/ Event duties

Turn off projectors, cameras, lights and any other devices not needed to be operational overnight
