Junior Forces Mission:

To build pride in your community, your family and yourself by instilling traits of leadership, volunteerism, personal growth and team building, in order to forge a path to success
Junior Forces Membership Requirements:
1. No more than 2 unexcused absences for meetings.
2. In your commitment as a Junior Forces Volunteer, you agree to be a committed volunteer.
3. All Junior Force members must serve at least one festival and one other event.
4. Members are required to wear their Junior Forces “uniform” (t-shirt) while working any volunteer shifts with Junior Forces.
5. Members will follow the Junior Forces Code of Conduct at all times.
