CCM Recording Productions Project Request Form

Before filling out this form, please review information about CCM Recording Productions guidelines for project requests.

Please submit your request at least 30 days in advance of your proposed recording day/time. Because the production schedule fills up quickly, even more advanced planning is advised whenever possible.
A response to your request will follow in about a week after submitting the form. If your proposal meets legal guidelines, but CCM Recording Productions cannot do the production, the use of vendors is permitted.
If an External Use Project, CCM Recording Productions will interface with vendors to ensure that branding, closed captioning, tech, and distribution meets requirements. Vendors fees will be charged to your department.
