Community Garden Mural Painting – August 2022

Our new community garden is starting to grow, and it's time to add some colour to the garden shed!

Artist Larissa McLean will lead a mural painting activity in the new Lake Trail Community School Garden. Participants will work together to create a large-scale garden-themed piece of art on the garden shed.

Participants may attend one or both sessions.

Lake Trail Community School Garden: 805 Willemar Ave, Courtenay.

Although our programs are offered for free, we ask that you please commit to attendance before registering your child. As there are limited spaces available, we want to ensure that those signing up do plan to attend. Thank you!

Participant release

Families / guardians of older youth participants may allow youth to make their own way to and from the program. Please choose your preference on participant release from the options below.
Choose an option for after program release. *

The child can leave on their own at the end of the program. LTCES is not responsible for my child after the program ends. Please keep my child with the instructor at the end of the program. We will meet them at a pick up location detailed in the program welcome email, sent before the program begins.
