SPARC Research conducts basic criminal background checks (also known as “consumer report” and/or “investigative consumer report”) on employees as a condition of employment.  These are different from security clearance checks which may also be needed if you are hired for specific positions. The requested report may contain information regarding your credit history, criminal history, social security verification, motor vehicle records, and verification of your education. You have the right, upon written request, to request whether or not this report has been completed and to request a copy of the report. By signing below, I authorize SPARC Research to conduct these reports at any time after receipt of this authorization, and throughout any potential employment. To this end, I authorize, without reservation, any law enforcement agency, administrator, state or federal agency, institution, school or university, information service bureau, employer or insurance company to furnish any and all background information requested by HIREASE LLC DBA Accuratenow and/or SPARC Research. I agree that a facsimile, electronic or photographic copy of this Authorization shall be as valid as the original.
