This application is to join our Waitlist and collect information about our potential new puppy families. This application doesn't guarantee you a puppy. We will review each application as it's received and then contact those who were selected through email to officially join our Waitlist.

All of our puppies go through the Golden Starter Package and can go home at 9 weeks old. We only accept 4 puppies from each litter to proceed to our Golden Premier Package for more advanced training and will go home at 10 weeks old. Which training package are you interested?*

Although our puppies will have a solid start to being house trained, they will not be housebroken when they go home and will likely have accidents indoors. Puppies never use the bathroom indoors out of spite or "on purpose," they simply have small, immature bladders that they cannot fully control yet. Do you understand that they are still babies that will require time, effort, and dedication on your part to continue their training to be fully house trained?*

Just like people, all puppies learn at a different pace. At SW Retrievers we tailor our program to match the needs of each individual puppy which means that sometimes a puppy might not fully understand a skill we've taught them. We will do our absolute best to not only have each puppy successfully complete our program, but to exceed our expectations and learn even more. However, sometimes a puppy just isn't quite mature enough to fully grasp an Advanced concept we're teaching just yet. Do you understand that we cannot guarantee that each puppy will be able to successfully complete every Advanced exercise we teach?*

Our puppies are started on Diamond Naturals large breed puppy food. Switching your puppies food abruptly can cause gastrointestinal upset such as vomiting, diarrhea, and a decreased appetite. Any time you decide to change your puppies food, you should transition to the new diet gradually in order to give your dog's system time to adjust to the change. Do you agree to keep your puppy on Diamond Naturals large breed puppy food for at least two months before transitioning to a new brand?*

What happens after you submit your application:

1. If approved, you will receive an email letting you know what spot is available on our Waitlist. To lock in your spot you will be required to pay a $300 non-refundable* holding fee. This amount goes towards the total purchase price of your puppy.

2. You will be added to our Official Puppy Wait List. Welcome to the SW Retrievers family!

3. Be sure to Like & Follow us on Facebook at SW Retrievers to keep up to date with everything going on.

4. Once the puppies are 6 weeks old you will be invited to our home to meet the litter and pick out your puppy based upon your order on the Waitlist. If you're unable to visit in person, we offer video chats. You will be required to pay a $2500 non-refunable payment towards your balance.

5. The remaining balance will be due at time of pick up.

*Although non-refunable, the holding fee is transferrable to a future litter.
