LCYC provides free civil legal services to young people between ages 12-24* who are experiencing, or at risk of, housing instability. Housing instability includes, but is not limited to: homelessness, couch surfing, struggling to access emergency shelter, temporarily living with friends or family, facing eviction, or feeling unsafe/unwelcome at home. *Note: Pierce County only serves minor clients (ages 12-17).

To request legal services from LCYC's Youth Homelessness Program, complete this referral form.

LCYC is pausing referrals between December 22, 2025 – January 2, 2026. We will respond to referrals received during that time beginning on January 5, 2026.
