MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND APPLICATION

Membership at RHCC is granted to anyone who through faith in God's Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, has been born anew to a living hope, desires to live a Christian life, promises to support the total ministry of this church, and to share its fellowship and obligations. Each member should be baptized.

Membership Process Overview

You must first attend a membership class. To register, or for more information, go to rhcc.com/membership or contact us at 310.521.2508.
Complete this membership application and submit it to Donna Artino at dartino@rhcc.net.
You will be contacted by an elder for your membership interview.
Once approved, you will receive your Certificate of Membership along with a special gift.

Benefits of Membership

Ability to vote at Congregational Business Meetings and have a voice in decision-making. These meetings are conducted once each quarter and more often as required. Issues of budget, policy, doctrine and church purpose come before the congregation for discussion and vote at the business meetings.
Eligibility brings with it a number of rights, including the right to participate in the direction of the church through voting. With these rights come responsibilities. As members you will agree to regularly participate in worship services, participate in the life of the church through service, and to further the Kingdom by your gifts and offerings.
Eligibility for support for overseas missions. Should you be called to serve as a short- or long-term missionary, membership provides you eligibility to receive financial support from the church.

Members look for commitment; Attenders look for convenience.
Members are participants; Attenders are spectators.
Members are contributors; Attenders are consumers.
Members "marry" the church; Attenders are "living together."
