Showcase of Services Vendor Registration for COSA Members

What: Annual Showcase of Services

When: Wednesday, September 16, 2025, 9-11 a.m.

Where: Havert L Fenn Center Gymnasium, 2000 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34982

This event is open to the public.

Each vendor will be provided with a table and two chairs. Vendors are expected to stay the entire time and should have sufficient informational materials for at least 150 visitors. Setup will begin at 8 am and tear down cannot start until 11 pm. Materials may not be left in the room once the event is over.

Please coordinate within your organization when registering for the event, so that each member organization will have one registration entry.

Tables will be first come, first served.

- Share the event with your followers, clients, colleagues, and others who might benefit.
- Bring a raffle item valued at $25.00.
- Remember to post pictures the day of the event and tag @COSASLC.
If you wish to participate as a vendor at the annual Council of Social Agencies "Showcase of Services" please provide the information requested below.

Note: It is recommended that you have at least 2 people to staff your table. That allows each of you time to visit the other booths and learn about other commuinity partners.
