TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Please be sure to follow the guidelines below in order to comply with the client agreement.

I understand that this is a colloborative approach, and that I must accountability for deadlines and where necessary be mindful of time zone differences.

I agree that the writing I am publishing is all orginal information, no acts of plagiarism will be accepted. Where information has been referenced by a third party this has been clearly referenced as a source.

I agree that all authors are providing accurate accounts of their stories, biography and any information provided for public domain. 

I agree to provide a short biography written in third person, including all social media handles and emails, in order for readers to contact me.

I agree to submit a professional headshot, NO SELFIES.

MARKETING

You have the right to promote the book on your websites, social media pages, speaking engagements, etc...

You will be provided professional promotional graphics to assist with book sale efforts.

You agree to share these graphics across all your social media platforms/websites. 

All promotional artwork/graphics, outside of what is provided, must have prior approval. Where promotional graphics are used this work must be accredited 'Amina Mohamed' by means of referencing. Alterations of graphics without consent will violate this agreement and penalities will be incurred by the signatory. 

PAYMENT GUIDELINES

If you are on an installment plan, payments are due within 30 days or less before the launch date. If full payment is not made prior to the upload date, then the upload cannot be made. 

Please ensure the payment information submitted will suffice throughout the payment installment process. If payments are declined, you will forfeit your place in this project, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
