  • SERVICES, RATES & POLICIES

    Give yourself peace of mind, knowing when you are away your pets will be provided with all the care, love, and attention they are accustomed to.

    All visits may include litter box cleaning, dog walking, fresh food & water, playtime & brushing.

    Express Visit: 10–15 Minutes         $20
    Drop in care for pets who require minimal attention. Best for simple routines and automatic appliances.

    Basic Visit: 20–30 Minutes         $32
    Just the right amount of time for a quick dog walk or to check in on cats or small animals.

    Extended Visit: 50–60 Minutes   $50
    Recommended for multiple pet households or when a little extra care time is needed.

    VIP Visit: 80–90 Minutes             $65
    Plenty of time for long walks, activities and playtime. Ideal for homes with many pets.

    • Basic home care services included in price of all visits: bring in mail/packages, water plants, take out trash, alternate lighting

    • Dog walking included in price of all applicable visits

    • 30 minute initial consultation for new clients is $20. Additional time or subsequent in-person meetings requested by client will be billed in 15 minute intervals + travel time.

      Overnight Care

      Your pet will have the comfort of a provider staying overnight in your home. This stay offers meals, play time, exercise and activities, both am and pm, and any care and cuddling needed in between.

      Private Boarding

      Around the clock care in a private home rather than a facility. We board only pets from the same household during each reservation per host home.

      For service on Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving (Thurday–Friday) & Christmas Eve thru New Year’s Day (12/24–1/1).

      Your pet will be safely transported to and from the vet, groomer, or wherever they may need to go.

  • KEY & SECURITY AGREEMENT

  • LA Pet Sitting prefers to keep client keys at your home in a lockbox. LAPS stores and securely codes all released keys & remotes kept on file unless arrangements are made for key transfers or to leave keys onsite. For security, home addresses are stored electronically only. Charges will apply for all key transfers. Client releases LA Pet Sitting from liability or resulting damages for keys lost in the mail or hidden on location (under mat, etc.).

  • You may revoke this release at any time and my keys/remotes will be returned promptly. We request 2 tested sets of keys to your residence. One set of keys is for your primary pet care provider, the other set is for the office. Please give keys to your pet care provider at the consultation or schedule a key pickup.

  • If any of the pets named above becomes ill or is injured, I request that LA Pet Sitting take the pet/s to a veterinarian listed above. I give permission to pet sitter to approve treatment up to

    If neither of the veterinary offices named above is available, I authorize LA Pet Sitting to take my pet/s to another veterinary office for treatment. I understand that pet sitter cannot be held responsible for the results of the veterinary treatment or the loss of my pet. This agreement is valid starting on the date this document is signed, and will apply whenever LA Pet Sitting cares for my pet/s.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This service agreement authorizes LA Pet Sitting to enter Client’s home to provide pet care services for the dates above and any future dates requested. Client agrees to pay the charges accrued for the services provided.

    LA Pet Sitting shall not be held responsible for illness, injury, disappearance or death of Client’s pet that is not due to negligence of pet sitter.

    LA Pet Sitting will make every effort to clean up any mess and notify of any damage caused by pet(s), and will not be held responsible unless caused by negligence of pet sitter.

    LA Pet Sitting will notify client of any damage to home caused by maintenance issues, natural disasters, or crime and will not be held responsible unless due to negligence of pet sitter.

    LA Pet Sitting will not be held responsible for actions of any other person with access to Client’s home, or for false alarm fees due to security system issues.

    Client authorizes LA Pet Sitting to employ the services of a locksmith if necessary to gain access to home/pets during scheduled visits.

    In the event of a personal emergency or illness, Client authorizes LA Pet Sitting to arrange for a qualified, insured substitute sitter.

    LA Pet Sitting does not handle aggressive animals. Client agrees to be responsible for all costs (including, but not limited to medical care, attrorney fees, etc.) if client’s pet should bite or otherwise injure a person or animal.

    LA Pet Sitting agrees to provide all services stated above in a trustworthy, caring & dependable manner, and will remain insured during each service period.

    Client agrees to notify LA Pet Sitting of any changes prior to the beginning of any service period, and to inform of any concerns/complaints within 48 hours of returning home.

    Any unused funds due to cancellations or overpayments will be applied as a credit to future reservations, unless otherwise requested.

    Bank fees for any checks misplaced by pet sitters or lost in the mail will not be refunded.

    In the event it is necessary to initiate collections on client’s account, client will be responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to court costs and attorney’s fees.

    • RESERVATION SCHEDULING 

    • Reservations and routine matters are handled during regular office hours: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm. Please expect a response on Monday–Friday following your inquiry. Regular pet visit hours are 6am–10pm, seven days per week.

      All services must be scheduled using our online software, and are based on availability. Please book with as much notice as possible. Do not contact your pet care provider directly regarding scheduling or services.

      All cancellations must be made using our online software. Our cancellation & rescheduling policy is that there is no fee with 48 hours notice. There is a $15 fee for any services that are booked or cancelled within less than 48 hours from the start time. The full visit rate is billed for any visits cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time and any stays cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

      We do not accept bookings or cancellations with less than 12 hours notice.

      We are able to schedule specific start times only for stays that are 2 hours or longer. For standard visits, you can select a time range of two hours or longer.

      Please keep your LA Pet Sitting portal current, by adding updates and instructions to your online account. This will ensure that everything in your file remains up to date. Do not contact your pet care provider directly regarding updates or instructions.

    • A flat rate is charged for the initial consultation for new clients (up to 30 minutes).

      Additional time or subsequent in-person meetings requested by client will be billed in 15 minute intervals.

    • KEY HANDLING 

    • Key transfer fees may apply if not releasing 2 sets or using lockbox.

      Travel time will be billed based on distance for key transfers beyond a 5 mile radius.

      Please test all keys we will need to access your home & pets.

      If we are unable to access your home, we will attempt to reach you and your emergency contact. If unable to reach you after 30 minutes, we will hire a locksmith you will be charged the lockout fee.

    • VACCINATIONS 

    • If a pet care provider is bitten or exposed to any disease or aliment contracted from a clients pet, which has not been properly or currently vaccinated, the client will be responsible for all costs and damages that may incur.

      LA Pet Sitting is not liable if pets become ill due to exposure to illness or elements that could be prevented by a standard vaccination.
