I would appreciate it if you could please fill in this form with as much information as possible to ensure that I can provide you and your cat/s the best possible care and the most accurate quote. 
If you are a returning customer and have previously filled in my form, you can email me the new booking without doing another form if none of your details have changed.

All information is treated in confidence and only used for the purposes of cat sitting.

Please note that some locations may incur a travel charge. If you are in a location where I need to pass on this cost, it will be noted on the quote.

I will take photos of your cat(s) while I visit them to provide you daily updates. 

I also do regular updates to my Instagram and Facebookk pages, and will only use the photos I take of your cat(s) with your permission.

Would you like to provide an emergency contact?  This will only be used in an emergency if I am unable to contact you.
